Flight Adventure Park: A New Era of Fun
Flight Adventure Park is excited to announce its Grand Re-launch Party, happening on Friday, January 11th and Saturday, January 12th. This thrilling event will unveil the park’s newest attractions and amenities, promising a once-in-a-lifetime experience for guests of all ages!
Legendary astronaut and Flight Adventure Park council member, Captain Robert “Hoot” Gibson will be in attendance to kick off this EPIC weekend. Gibson commanded four of the five Space Shuttle missions on which he flew, including the first docking of a shuttle with the Russian space station Mir. Join Flight Adventure Park as they celebrate their re-launch and experience the exhilarating new additions to the park.
A Sneak Peek Behind the Scenes
Before the grand re-launch, the Charleston Moms team got a sneak peek at the exciting new additions to Flight Adventure Park. We were amazed by the thrilling new attractions and our kids absolutely LOVED it!
Here’s a glimpse of the new attractions:
- Turbulence: “It felt like a real rocket launch! The sensation of weightlessness was incredible.
- Planet Hop: This obstacle course was so much fun. It was challenging but not too difficult, perfect for kids AND adults!
- Shuttle Climb: Climbing the space shuttle was a real adrenaline rush. The view from the top was amazing!
- Bailout: The kids loved jumping off of the airplane and bouncing down below!
- Space Walk: This competitive jousting game was so much fun. It was a great way to have some friendly competition with friends and family!
- Party Hangars: Flight has also added party ‘hangars’ for birthday parties! These private rooms have educational space and aviation themed facts on the walls to inspire young minds to learn and add a new more private touch to your birthday party or special event!
